Only drivers who have paid the full entry fee before the start of the event will be admitted to the race (except for guest starters and substitute drivers).
6.2 Driver registration and waiting list
In principle, all drivers and teams with the official registration in the forum are eligible for all racing events of the respective season reported.
If a driver cannot take part in an event, he is obliged to deregister in the announcement thread of the respective event early, at least 1 week before the event.
If a driver culpably fails to register for an event within this period for the first time, he will be warned. If drivers are on the waiting list, the starting place can be given to a waiting driver by the race management at the end of the briefing.
In the second culpable failure to de-register from a racing event, the driver will be moved to the waiting list and the first driver on the waiting list will take their place in the season.
The race management will decide whether there is a culpable failure. If the driver cancels registration with other participants within the deadline, then they should deregister the missing participant in the announcement thread in due time.
6.3 Maximum number of permitted vehicles
The maximum number of vehicles permitted is: 50
6.4 Conduct of the competitions
a) Training
If the organizer is able, a training server will be made available for free training all day and the entire time between the races. Free training sessions are generally not streamed. Special training and test days will be announced in the race calendar. Special training sessions can be streamed by the organizer.
b) Qualification
Each driver has 15 minutes to drive his fastest lap - there is no limit to the number of laps.
During qualifying, ESC is prohibited - this means that a driver is not allowed to move from the track to the pits using the ESC button. If you change into the pits despite the ESC ban, the vehicle is no longer allowed to leave the pits during the ongoing qualification. The use of the ESC key is permitted within the pit lane, in your own pit area. The starting grid is based on the lap times achieved in qualifying.
c) Start and pre-start
The race begins with the formation lap. It must not be overtaken! Overtaking during the introductory/formation lap is only permitted if a vehicle was late when leaving the starting grid and the vehicles behind could not avoid passing.
The leader sets the pace, but should stick to a recommended speed of approx. 130 km/h. The start takes place classically standing in rows of two. The start box is signaled by the simulation with a red box.
The race is automatically released by rFactor2.
The game automatically punishes early starts with a drive-through penalty / Stop&Go penalty.
d) Races
The race duration is generally 90 minutes on the SRC GT3 World Tour. The speed limit in the pit lane is set at a flat rate of 80 km/h on all routes. At the end of the race, each vehicle must drive into the pit lane under its own power. The first three line up for the winner's photo at the end of the pit lane.
e) Pitstops
The pit stop times are set by the developer Studio397. In exceptional cases, the league management reserves the right to make adjustments.
f) Restart
After the server has started the race there is no restart because individual drivers had a disconnect for whatever reason. Restarts due to accidents are also excluded. In exceptional cases - for example in the event of technical problems on the server - the race management reserves the right to initiate a restart. In this case, the originally planned race time will be adhered to if possible.
g) Route limits / track limits
The track limits are generally punished by the simulation. There are 5 cut points set on the server side. If this is exceeded, the simulation automatically assigns a penalty.
If the racing commission recognizes that an advantage is being taken by shortening the route, separate penalties may be imposed awarded.
6.5 Racetracks
The routes are driven according to the specified racing calendar. The calendar of events can be viewed on the SRC website or in the forum.
6.5.1 Weather conditions
The weather conditions are retrieved live from several of the closest weather stations on the race track and introduced into the simulation. A suitable server plugin is used as the weather data station. Weather data can be accessed, for example, via Wetteronline.com.
6.5.2 Track conditions
Every route starts “green” when online or updated, i.e. without grip. As vehicles use the track, the grip conditions change dynamically. Rain washes away grip that has already been built up on the track. Dynamic lighting and weather conditions place high demands on the PC hardware. Therefore, every team must ensure that smooth image playback on their own computer is guaranteed under all conditions.
6.5.3 Community Vote
In each SRC GT3 World Tour season, a route is selected by community vote. The vote will be activated via the forum 4-6 weeks before the event takes place. The league management offers various routes to choose from. Every driver has one vote. The simple majority decides the election. If there is a tie, the league management will determine one of the voted routes.
6.6 Driving aids, damage and assistance
Basically the following server settings apply. Exceptions or special regulations can be found in the advertisement.
- Automatic clutch and gearshift permitted
- Damage 66%
- Tire wear normal
- Fuel consumption normal
- ABS: fully approved

7.8 prizes
The first 3 in the driver standings receive 1 year of free SRC membership (wildcard) and can therefore take part in 2 more GTW seasons free of charge. A payment of the prize is not possible. Wildcards are name-linked and are not transferable.

Protests that are not submitted within this two-day period will be deleted without comment. This also applies to protests that are submitted too early.
