The SRC LMU MultiClass event will be held in accordance with the regulations of the SimRaceCommunity. It will take place in accordance with the sporting and technical regulations of the event.
The competition will be conducted in accordance with the SimRaceCommunity rules, unless otherwise specified below or in the respective event announcement.
The event is supported by the following companies:
SRC Commerce UG
SimRaceCommunity, hereinafter referred to as the organiser, is announcing the SRC LMU MultiClass for the year 2025/26.
Only vehicles in one of the following categories are used as vehicle classes:
Each team can select and register one of the vehicle types, the official WEC vehicles: Hypercars & GT3. The ‘Balance of Performance’ is generally the responsibility of the developer Studio 397. The league management reserves the right to make exceptions.
The series includes the Le Mans Ultimate simulation and all necessary additional content.
All written and verbal instructions are generally provided in German and English.
Participants (drivers) take part in the event at their own risk. They bear sole civil and criminal liability for any damage they cause, unless an exclusion of liability is agreed in accordance with this announcement.
The announcement may only be amended by the series organiser and the approving authority. From the start of the event, changes in the form of bulletins may only be made by the chairman of the race management, but only if necessary for reasons of safety and/or force majeure or due to official orders, or if the information contained in the announcement regarding track length, race duration, number of laps and marshals or obvious errors in the announcement is affected.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event or individual competitions for the aforementioned reasons. Claims for damages or performance are excluded in this case.
The driver must apply for admission to the SRC LMU MultiClass using the entry form issued by the organiser by the entry deadline 72 hours before the event.
The organiser reserves the right to accept applications received after this date.
The fully completed application form can be found here:
The organiser reserves the right not to hold the SRC LMU MultiClass series if fewer than 10 participants are registered.
Registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received.
In principle, no training laps need to be completed, but the penalty for culpable misconduct is significantly increased.
The event is free of charge.
Participants may select their preferred start number when registering.
The skins must be created in accordance with the SimRaceCommunity regulations. The SRC number plate must be used in the position specified by LMU. (Number plate)
Teams consist of 2 or max. 5 drivers, each with one vehicle.
A maximum of 38 vehicles can participate in SRC events.
The event will take place on Saturday. There will be a qualifying session (60 minutes) and a race lasting 120 minutes.
Only teams/drivers who have registered in accordance with the SimraceCommunity rules will be admitted to the race.
In principle, all drivers and teams are registered for the event upon official registration in the forum.
If a driver is unable to attend the event, they are obliged to cancel their registration in the announcement thread for the respective event in good time, at the latest 72 hours before the event.
The maximum number of vehicles permitted is: 38
If possible, the organiser will provide a training server for free practice 7 days before the race, 6 hours before the start of each day. Free practice sessions are generally not streamed. Special training and test days will be announced in the race calendar. Special training sessions may be streamed by the organiser.
Each driver has 60 minutes to complete their fastest lap – there is no limit to the number of laps.
ESC is prohibited during qualifying – this means that drivers are not permitted to use the ESC button to switch from the track to the pits. If a driver switches to the pits despite the ESC prohibition, the vehicle may not leave the pits during the current qualifying session. The ESC button may be used within the pit lane, at the driver’s own pit stop. The starting grid is determined by the lap times achieved in qualifying.
The race begins with the formation lap. Overtaking is not permitted! Overtaking during the introductory/formation lap is only permitted if a vehicle was late leaving the starting grid and the vehicles behind it were unable to avoid passing it.
The leader sets the pace, but should stick to a recommended speed of approx. 130 km/h. The start is a classic standing start in rows of two. The starting box is indicated by a red box in the simulation.
The race will be automatically approved by LMU.
The game automatically penalises early starts with a drive-through penalty/stop-and-go penalty.
The race duration is set at 120 minutes for the SRC LMU MultiClass. The speed limit in the pit lane is set by Le Mans Ultimate. After the race, each vehicle must drive into the pit lane under its own power. The top three drivers must upload their XML file from the respective race here. The file can be found here: X:\XXX\steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate\UserData\Log\Results
Pit stop times are determined by the developer Studio397. In exceptional cases, the league management reserves the right to make adjustments.
Once the server has started the race, there will be no restart because individual drivers have disconnected for whatever reason. Restarts due to accidents are also excluded. In exceptional cases – for example, in the event of technical problems with the server – the race management reserves the right to initiate a restart. In this case, the originally planned race time will be adhered to if possible.
Track limits are always penalised by the simulation. Five cut points are set on the server side. If these are exceeded, the simulation automatically imposes a penalty.
If the race commission recognises that an advantage has been gained by shortening the track, it may impose separate penalties.
The weather conditions are retrieved live from several weather stations closest to the race track and fed into the simulation. A suitable server plugin is used as the weather data station. Weather data can be retrieved from Wetteronline.com, for example.
Each track starts ‘green’ when it is posted online or updated, i.e. without grip. The grip conditions change dynamically as the vehicles use the track. Rain washes away any grip that has already built up on the track. Dynamic light and weather conditions place high demands on PC hardware. Therefore, each team must ensure that smooth image reproduction is guaranteed on their own computers under all conditions.
The following server settings apply in principle. Exceptions and special provisions can be found in the tender documentation.
Automatic clutch
To be eligible for scoring, at least 75% of the total number of laps must be completed. In the event of connection interruptions to the server due to client-side issues, only the laps completed online will be counted.

All television rights to the series, both for terrestrial broadcasting and for cable and satellite television broadcasting, all video rights and all rights for exploitation through all electronic media, including the Internet, are held by the broadcaster.
Any kind of recording, broadcasting, repetition or reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited without the written consent of the organiser.
Drivers may live stream themselves and their race. The organiser is free to link to this stream or incorporate it into the organiser’s stream.
