Catalog of penalties for SRC seasonal events
We have created a catalog of penalties in order to simplify the work of the race management and to make the assessment of individual incidents more transparent for all drivers.
In principle, all penalties are dealt with for each event and are no longer carried over to the next event.
In addition to the penalties specified here, the race management reserves the right to increase the penalties or to impose an additional penalty in the case of particularly serious offences.
For example:
With a penalty of 30 seconds on the race result, according to the penalty catalogue, it is quite possible to impose an additional penalty there, such as starting from the pit lane in the next race.
1. General
Irregular behavior and misconduct on the day of the race can be punished in principle, even without a protest from another driver.
Race incidents will only be dealt with if appropriate protests are lodged within the following 2 days/48 hours after a waiting period of 24 hours after the end of the race.
In principle, every qualifying session, every start of the race and the complete first two laps are viewed by the race control. In the case of incidents during the start phase, the race control will react with penalties.

6.1 Principle
In principle, all penalties should be used realistically, fairly, equally and while maintaining the fun of those affected.
- Warnings apply to one race at a time, unless otherwise stated
- If the driver does not start the next race, the warning will be
taken to the race after next - If a driver has received penalties, he automatically stands for the next one
Race event under observation - In the event of accidents/driving errors in which opponents are injured,
the gentleman’s agreement applied within 3 rounds
penalties are dropped by the REKO. - The REKO can also impose other penalties.
7. Time penalties not applicable to the specific event
7.1 Time penalties that cannot be applied directly or that arose from the last seasonal event will be converted as follows:
For example, where previously a drive-through penalty was imposed, 3 penalty points are now awarded.
A 10 second Stop&Go penalty is now penalized with 4 penalty points.
A 20 second Stop&Go penalty is now penalized with 5 penalty points.
A 30 second Stop&Go penalty is now penalized with 6 penalty points.
For every 10 seconds added to a 10 second Strop&Go penalty, 1 additional penalty point is awarded.
7.2 Penalties that transfer to other races:
These are serious incidents, which can also be punished, e.g. if the driver concerned fails. Example: Overtaking with an accident and subsequent failure of the person responsible.
Penalty seconds are then converted as follows:
10 penalty seconds on the race result >> warning and under observation
30 second penalty on race result >> Drive Through Penalty in the first 3 laps of the next race the driver participates in.
60 second penalty on the race result >> 30 second Stop&Go penalty in the first 3 laps of the next race the driver participates in.
