We have drawn up a penalty catalog to simplify the work of race control and to bring more transparency to the assessment of individual incidents for all drivers.
In principle, all penalties for each event will be dealt with and will not be carried over to the next event.
In addition to the penalties listed here, the race management reserves the right to increase the penalties or impose a further penalty for particularly serious offenses.
For example:
With a penalty of 30 seconds on the race result according to the penalty catalog, it is quite possible to impose an additional penalty such as starting from the pit lane in the next race.
In principle, irregular behavior and misconduct on race day can be penalized, even without a protest from another rider.
Protests will only be processed if they are submitted on time. The time limit begins 24 hours after the start of the race for 48 hours.
In principle, every race start and the complete first two to three laps (depending on the track) will be viewed by the race commission. In the event of incidents during the start phase, the race commission will respond with penalties.
a) The pronouncement of a warning. The driver is under observation for 1 – 3 races according to the judgment of the race management and must expect harsher penalties in the event of a further offense!
b) Time penalties on the respective race result
c) Demotions: on the starting grid or starting from the pit lane.
d) Issuing of time penalties and/or penalty points.
e) Imposition of a ban for the next race.
f) Exclusion from the championship.
If a driver repeatedly infringes the rules within a championship, the race management reserves the right to take action:
a) Double the corresponding penalty.
b) Suspend the rider for several races.
c) Exclude the rider or team from the current competition.

In principle, all penalties should be applied realistically, fairly, equally and with due regard for the enjoyment of the game by those affected.
For example, where a drive-through penalty was previously imposed, 3 penalty points are now awarded.
A 10-second stop & go penalty is now penalised with 4 penalty points.
A 20-second stop & go penalty is now penalised with 5 penalty points.
A 20-second stop & go penalty is now penalised with 6 penalty points.
For every 10 seconds added to a 10 second Strop&Go penalty, 1 additional penalty point is awarded.
These are serious incidents, which can also be penalized, for example, if the driver concerned is not available. Example: Overtaking with accident and subsequent failure of the driver responsible.
Penalty seconds are then converted as follows:
10 penalty seconds on the race result >> Warning and under observation
30 penalty seconds on the race result >> Drive through penalty in the first 3 laps of the next race in which the driver takes part.
60 penalty seconds on the race result >> 30 seconds Stop&Go penalty in the first 3 laps of the next race in which the driver takes part.
